Mr Alvin Yeo, from Singapore Buddhist Mission (SBM), invited Earth Society to set up a booth during their “Resonation 2013: Next Stop” Concert event held at Republic Polytechnic Cultural Center on 31 Aug.
Resonation 2013 is a 3 hr musical drama that aims
to bring about the message of reflection on self as well as the society in the face of life’s
journey; birth, sickness, old age and death. This is
the 3rd year SBM organize the Resonation concert.
On 31 Aug, Earth Society members arrived at Republic Polytechnic at
4.45 pm.
We set up a booth outside the Cultural Center to
pass info on Environmental protection, Veggie Thursday to interested participants
of the Concert. We manned the booth from 5pm till 8pm.
