Students’ Feedback:

The speaker was extremely knowledgeable, and made an extremely great impact on me, especially when he explained the consequences of humans' destructive actions on the Arctic. He incorporated short videos into the speech, and was thus able to hold the attention of the crowd well. The brochures given out were also very effective as students could relate to its contents, and some peers have actually talked about going more veggie after reading the brochure, which I felt was a good start and first step to reducing agricultural demands in society. I am really thankful and appreciative of this seminar by Earth Society, as it provides a more concrete platform for students to learn how to play a part in protecting Mother Earth.
-  Ling Xin Hui, HCI JC student

I find the talk useful because it gives me new fascinating information on global warming. Overall, it is a good talk with a good use of videos to explain a point, although personally I feel that there is an information overload.
- Anastasia Hariyanto, HCI JC student
