Assembly talk @ Zheng Hua Primary (Sep)

Mr Alex Chew, HOD Science in Zheng Hua Primary, invited Earth Society to conduct an Assembly talk for the school cohort on 25 Sep.

On 25 Sep, Earth Society team reached Zheng Hua Primary at 7.30 am. We conducted a Global Warming Assembly talk for P1 to P6 students from 7.30 am to 7.55 am. We presented on how Global warming is affecting the world and showcased various solutions to climate change. (Plant trees, Eat less meat, Green energy and 3Rs). Teachers and students listened attentively to the talk.

After the talk, Mr Alex Chew help us to compile some feedbacks from the teachers and send it to us by email.

Teacher’s Feedback :

- The pace of the talk was just right. The speaker was articulate and dear. It would have been great if there could be a quiz to engage the students further.

- Language used with students is good as it explains the basics such that even P1 can understand. However, the speaker rushed through the last few slides due to time constrain.
