Assembly talk @ Hua Min and Nan Hua Primary (20 Apr)

Earth Society received invitations from 2 primary schools to conduct an Assembly talk for their students on 20 Apr.

Hua Min Primary invited Earth Society to conduct a Global Warming Assembly talk for the school cohort in the morning while Nan Hua Primary invited us to conduct an Assembly talk for the school cohort in the afternoon.

On 20 Apr, we conducted a Global Warming talk at Hua Min Primary from 8 to 8.30 am. We then conduct another Assembly talk for Nan Hua Primary students from 1 pm to 1.30 pm. Students and teachers listened attentively to the talk.

Feedback from Teachers:

Thank you for the wonderful talk in April. The kids thoroughly enjoyed it. They loved the videos and were more aware of how they can contribute to help save Earth.

Teachers have expressed similar thoughts. We found the videos attention- catching and informative and the speaker was clear and confident. Some, however felt that some portion of the content may be too difficult for the lower primary students to handle. But the speaker had overcome that through the videos. It is only hopeful that the students have understood the messages embedded in the video.   - Mrs Sarah, Teacher, Hua Min Primary

Very informative presentation, reminds us of our primary responsibility to save the Earth
